My personal goal mainly centers on my personal development. I want to develop myself in various dimensions, and in a manne r that will put in a better position to initiate positive change in the lives of diametrical people. In order to achieve this, I need to develop for myself a conducive environment and a harmonious state of mind to complete my get the hang program successfully, as I believe that this is a major part in my personal development. ... Although presently I highly participate in volunteer work in the community, I believe that a Ph.D. will help me to help people in a better way, as this will increase my knowledge in the field. I provide volunteership to different disadvantaged people in the community including the elderly, the homeless, vulnerable children, and those people with mental illness, among others. These are the major people in society that suffer ill psychological health, and I deal with them hoping that I make a positive change in their lives.
